Primoris pockets two pipeline deals over $23M

ConDig (04-Jun-19).  Dallas, Texas-based construction and infrastructure company Primoris Services Corp has netted two pipeline contracts in Texas with a combined value over $23 million.

The deals, which were secured by Primoris field services, are for two pump stations in West Texas for an unnamed energy client. The work includes complete civil, mechanical, electrical instrumentation and setting of equipment and final site restoration.

Work is slated to begin in the second quarter of this year and expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2020.

Last month, Primoris said it had secured a $71 million contract to revamp an existing highway interchange in Louisiana.

It follows an announcement by Primoris that it had secured three contracts worth a total of $25 million for upgrades to natural gas pipelines in California.

In April, Primoris secured a $19 million deal for the second phase construction of an industrial gas plant in Texas.

In February, Primoris reported a 51% boost in revenue to $877.7 million in the year ended December 31, 2018, compared with $579 million in the same period a year earlier.
