ConDig (15-Dec-20) Tewskbury, Massachusetts-based GRP Paving and Construction has netted a $25.8 million deal to revamp roadways at the Hanscom Air Force base, in Massachusetts.
Under the firm-fixed-price deal with the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, the contractor will repair and replace roadways, curbing and sidewalks. It will also involve demolition and earthwork.
Work on the project is expected to be completed by December 2025.
Meanwhile, Arlington, Virginia-based Manhattan Construction Co secured a $87.5 million firm-fixed price contract for the design-bid-build construction of a 281,075 square-foot operations center building.
Work on the scheme is earmarked for completion on October 21.
