Skanska lands another data center contract

ConDig (20-Aug–24) Swedish developer and contractor Skanska has bagged an additional contract to build a data center in Arizona for $153 million.

Under the deal with the unnamed client, Skanska will build a single-story data center, totaling about 250,000 square feet.

Work has started on the project and is slated for completion in the fourth quarter of 2025.

Last week, Skanska announced it had nabbed a $203 million supplemental contract to build a data center in Georgia.

Last month, Skanska said it had netted an additional $155 million deal to build a data center in Arizona.
