ConDig (06-May–25)  Swedish developer and contractor Skanska has secured a $164 million contract to build a data center project in the Western US.

Under the deal with the unnamed existing client, the contractor will build a 33,400 square meter, 36-megawatt tenant improvement within an existing building shell, to be completed and turned over in four phases for the client.

Work will kick off in June 2025 and is expected to be completed in June 2027.
