Tampa — USF Uptown Landing Mixed-Use Development

The University of South Florida has broken ground on Uptown Landing, a nearly $500 million mixed-use development beside its Tampa campus. The first 30-acre phase will include 700 student-housing beds, restaurants and retail, a hotel and conference center and a major Translational Research Institute, with opening targeted for fall 2028.
