Berkeley, California — Water Transportation Pier Ferry Project

California has granted judicial streamlining to the City of Berkeley and San Francisco Bay Ferry’s Water Transportation Pier Ferry Project. The project will replace the shuttered Berkeley Municipal Pier with a dual-purpose facility serving recreation and an all-electric ferry route linking Berkeley, San Francisco and Larkspur.
