Waco, Texas — Barron’s Branch District

Waco has broken ground on the first phase of its downtown and Brazos Riverfront redevelopment. The roughly 30-acre Barron’s Branch district will combine major utility, drainage and street improvements with more than seven acres of park and plaza space and is intended to unlock wider private development.
