Primoris drives off with $30M road upgrade deal in Texas

ConDig (18-Aug-20) Dallas, Texas-based construction and infrastructure company Primoris Services Corp has secured a $30 million deal to revamp an existing roadway in Pearland, Texas.

Under the deal with the Texas Department of Transportation, the company will reconstruct and extend an existing roadway. It will also involve excavation and embankment, subgrade installation, asphalt and concrete paving, and underground utility installation.

Work is slated to kick off in the third quarter of this year and completion is scheduled in the third quarter of 2022.

In June, Primoris Services Corp plugged into a $155 million deal to build a utility-scale solar facility in the Southwest of the country.

Also in June, Primoris said it had netted three contracts worth a total of $45 million to replace gas pipes in California.
