Devens, Massachusetts — 300-Person Army Barracks

J & J Contractors has been awarded a $33.0 million firm-fixed-price contract to demolish failing barracks and construct a new three-story, 300-person collective training barracks in Devens, Massachusetts.

The US Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District awarded the project, with completion expected in April 2029.
