Pittsburgh — Hazelwood Green Mixed-Use Redevelopment

The 178-acre Hazelwood Green redevelopment on a former Pittsburgh steelmaking site is moving into a more active vertical-construction phase, with residential, advanced-manufacturing, research and recreation projects underway or advancing.

The site includes the under-construction 125-unit Woodlawn Lofts development, the first residential project at Hazelwood Green, with the initial residential phase expected to open in December 2026.
