Renton, Washington — New Renton High School

Skanska is constructing a new three-story Renton High School for the Renton School District in Renton, Washington.

The approximately 350,000-sq-ft campus will have capacity for 1,600 students and include Career and Technical Education, art, science and elective learning spaces, health and special-services facilities, community areas, a library, cafeteria, commons and gymnasiums. Athletic facilities include a lighted baseball/softball field and a practice football/soccer field.

Contract value: $110 million
