Yonkers, New York — The Ibex at Ridge Hill

A joint venture of Saber-Hightower, Rafferty Real Estate and Eagle Realty Group has begun construction of The Ibex at Ridge Hill, a 17-story rental development in Yonkers. The $140 million project will provide 282 apartments, including 28 affordable units, plus approximately 5,000 sq ft of ground-floor retail.
