Skanska secures $87M data center deal in Arizona

ConDig (15-Feb–24) Swedish developer and contractor Skanska has bagged a $87 million contract to build a data center in Arizona.

The project with the unnamed client involves the construction of a single-story data center, totaling about 22,300 square meters (240,000 square feet).

Work is underway and is slated for completion in the second quarter of 2025.

Earlier this month, Skanska landed a $113 million contract to build jet fuel transmission systems at LaGuardia Airport in New York.
