ConDig (24-Apr–24) Swedish developer and contractor Skanska has secured a $94 million deal to construct a manufacturing facility in the Northeast.

Under the deal with the unnamed client, Skanska will renovate and build addition facilities to an existing manufacturing plant. 

Work is scheduled to kick off in the second quarter and is slated for completion in 2025.

Earlier this month, Skanska nabbed an additional $166 million deal to build a hospital in Lakeland, Florida.
