ConDig (26-Jun–24) Swedish developer and contractor Skanska has netted an additional $155 million deal to build a data center in Arizona.
Under the contract with the unnamed client, Skanska will build a single-story data center, totaling about 244,000 square feet.
Work is underway and is slated for completion in the second quarter of next year.
Earlier this month, Skanska landed a $50 million deal for the recovery and salvage of the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore.
Last month, Skanska has bagged a $90 million contract to build a data center in Georgia.
