Con Dig (14-Oct-26) — Industrial packaging manufacturer CurTec USA is planning a $10 million expansion at its Westminster, South Carolina, operation, adding approximately 27,300 sq ft of production and warehouse space.
The investment will increase the company’s manufacturing and distribution capacity as it expands its presence in the US market. Groundbreaking is planned for October, with completion targeted for the second quarter of 2027.
The project represents another incremental investment in South Carolina’s industrial base, with demand for modern production and logistics facilities continuing to support construction activity outside the largest metropolitan markets.
For contractors, the near-term construction schedule could bring work in site preparation, building construction, utilities and manufacturing-facility fit-out, although the company has not detailed individual contract awards.
Why it matters: The $10 million project adds a tangible industrial construction opportunity while expanding domestic manufacturing and warehouse capacity.
